The fact that he deviated from his pre-planned speech and said this is interesting in itself. It is of course also interesting that he thinks this civilian force should be *as* well-funded etc as the DoD. I agree that it makes you wonder about his ultimate goals and I think it’s something that the public and congress should definitely keep in mind and be on top of. Thanks to American Thinker for shining the light on this.
